Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZKSCAN1, a member of the zinc-finger protein family, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes, including gene regulation and cellular differentiation. Research shows that ZKSCAN1 is involved in the transcriptional regulation of key genes linked to cell growth and apoptosis, suggesting its significance in cancer biology. Studies indicate that ZKSCAN1 may function as a tumor suppressor in certain types of cancer, while its aberrant expression has been associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis. Additionally, recent investigations have highlighted its involvement in stem cell pluripotency and reprogramming, linking it to developmental biology and regenerative medicine. Given these implications, the production and study of recombinant ZKSCAN1 protein are essential for elucidating its function in normal physiology and disease states. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning ZKSCAN1's activity could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathway in cancer and other related diseases. As such, the development of recombinant ZKSCAN1 not only facilitates functional assays but also enhances our understanding of its role in cellular processes, making it a valuable tool in both basic and applied research.
