Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELF5 (E74-like factor 5) is a member of the ETS transcription factor family, known for its critical role in regulating gene expression during various biological processes, including development, differentiation, and cancer progression. Research on ELF5 has gained traction due to its involvement in key pathways, particularly those related to stem cell biology and hormone signaling. The ability of ELF5 to modulate cell fate decisions in mammary gland development and its implications in breast cancer have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, ELF5's interactions with other proteins and its participation in gene regulatory networks emphasize its significance in cellular responses to environmental cues. The recombinant expression and purification of ELF5 protein have enabled researchers to explore its molecular structure and functional properties in detail, paving the way for understanding its role in pathophysiological conditions. The study of ELF5 and its recombinant forms not only enhances our comprehension of transcriptional regulation but also holds promise for developing targeted molecular therapies in cancer and other diseases where ELF5 is implicated.
