Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THOC3 (THO complex subunit 3) is a critical protein involved in the regulation of mRNA metabolism, playing a vital role in the nuclear export of mRNA and the maintenance of mRNA stability. Its importance has been underscored by studies linking THOC3 to various cellular processes, including transcription regulation and response to stress. As part of the larger THO complex, THOC3 interacts with other proteins and RNA molecules, facilitating co-transcriptional processes that ensure proper gene expression. Dysregulation of THOC3 has been associated with several diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The study of recombinant THOC3 proteins has become increasingly important for understanding its biological functions and interactions at a molecular level. Research into THOC3 not only aids in comprehending the underlying mechanisms of mRNA processing but also provides insights into broader implications for cell biology and disease pathology. Given its pivotal role in mRNA dynamics, investigating THOC3 through recombinant protein studies may unveil novel pathways for drug development and therapeutic strategies, contributing to advancements in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
