Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EIF3EIP, or Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 3 Epsilon Interacting Protein, is a crucial element in the regulation of protein synthesis and cellular processes. Understanding its role is essential because translation initiation is a key step in gene expression, influencing cellular growth, differentiation, and response to stress. Recent studies have suggested that EIF3EIP may play a significant role in various diseases, including cancers, where dysregulation of translation can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. Moreover, its interaction with the EIF3 complex highlights its importance in the assembly of the translation machinery. The research on recombinant EIF3EIP aims to elucidate its structural properties, functional mechanisms, and potential implications in therapeutic contexts. By producing recombinant EIF3EIP, researchers can conduct detailed biochemical assays, characterize its interactions with other translation factors, and develop targeted interventions that might restore its normal function in pathological conditions. This line of investigation is not only pivotal for basic biology but also holds promise for advancing our understanding of translational dysregulation in human diseases.
