Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TFG (Tumor FGF) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Its signaling pathways are implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer, where TFG overexpression can promote tumor growth and metastasis. Researchers have been interested in TFG as a potential therapeutic target, leading to the development of recombinant proteins for various applications, including drug discovery and functional studies. The recombinant expression of TFG facilitates the investigation of its structure-function relationships, potential interactions with other signaling molecules, and the discovery of inhibitors that could be used in cancer treatment. The recent advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein engineering have enabled researchers to produce large quantities of TFG with enhanced stability and bioactivity. This progress allows for in-depth studies on its biological functions and mechanisms of action, thereby providing insights that could contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic strategies against TFG-related diseases. Overall, the study of recombinant TFG proteins holds promise for understanding their role in tumor biology, paving the way for new avenues in cancer research and treatment.
