  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TEX10, or Testis Expressed Gene 10, is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in gametogenesis and fertility. Discovered through expression profiling in testis tissues, TEX10 is believed to play a critical role in the regulation of gene expression during spermatogenesis. Its expression patterns suggest a correlation between TEX10 and the development of male germ cells, sparking interest in its functional implications in reproductive biology. Furthermore, emerging evidence indicates that TEX10 may be involved in certain pathophysiological conditions, including cancer and infertility. Researchers are keen to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying TEX10's functions, particularly its potential interactions with transcription factors and epigenetic regulators. Understanding the role of TEX10 not only enhances our comprehension of spermatogenic processes but may also offer insights into male infertility mechanisms and the development of therapeutic interventions. Thus, TEX10 stands as a significant focus within reproductive health research, with the promise of advancing both basic science and clinical applications in reproductive medicine.
