Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR27, or WD-repeat domain 27, is a member of the WD-repeat protein family, which is characterized by the presence of multiple WD40 repeats that facilitate protein-protein interactions, playing crucial roles in various cellular processes. Recent research has highlighted WDR27's involvement in critical biological pathways, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of WDR27 has been implicated in various diseases, particularly cancer, where its expression levels may influence tumor growth and response to therapy. Given its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, the study of WDR27 recombinant proteins has gained significant traction. By expressing and purifying WDR27 in a recombinant system, researchers aim to explore its structure-function relationship, elucidate its biological roles, and understand its interactions with other cellular proteins. This research could lead to new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer and other diseases, as well as the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting WDR27. Additionally, investigating WDR27’s post-translational modifications and its regulation may further clarify its role in cellular processes and disease states. Thus, the study of WDR27 recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for therapeutic innovations in managing diseases associated with WDR27 dysregulation.
