Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The VAV3 protein, a member of the VAV family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), plays a crucial role in intracellular signaling pathways, particularly those involving Rho GTPases. Research has highlighted VAV3's involvement in various physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration, making it a significant player in immune response regulation and oncogenesis. Dysregulation of VAV3 expression or activity has been linked to several cancers, particularly breast cancer and leukemia, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have focused on characterizing the functional domains of VAV3, elucidating its regulatory mechanisms, and exploring its interactions with other signaling molecules. Given its pivotal role in signal transduction, VAV3 is being investigated for its potential as a novel target in cancer therapy, with the hope of designing specific inhibitors that could disrupt its oncogenic signaling pathways. Understanding VAV3's structure-function relationships and its role in various cellular contexts continues to be an active area of research, promising new insights into both basic biology and clinical applications.
