稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJB5, a member of the HSP40 (heat shock protein 40) family, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and protein homeostasis. It functions as a co-chaperone in the heat shock protein (HSP) complex, assisting HSP70 in protein folding, refolding, and degradation processes. Research has indicated that DNAJB5 is particularly involved in the management of misfolded proteins, which are linked to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain types of cancer. Its ability to interact with client proteins and modulate their fate under stress conditions highlights its significance in maintaining cellular integrity. Studies have shown that the overexpression of DNAJB5 can enhance cell survival under stress, indicating its protective role. Given these insights, recombinant DNAJB5 proteins are being increasingly investigated as potential therapeutic agents for enhancing cellular resilience and as tools for studying the mechanisms of protein misfolding and aggregation. The recombinant expression of DNAJB5 also opens avenues for exploring its interactions with other chaperones and client proteins in vitro, thereby providing a deeper understanding of its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Overall, the research on DNAJB5 recombinant proteins holds promise not only for understanding fundamental cellular processes but also for developing strategies in treating diseases linked to protein misfolding.
