Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VPS37B, a member of the multiprotein complex associated with the Endosomal Sorting Complex Required for Transport (ESCRT), plays a crucial role in regulating intracellular trafficking, particularly in the processes of endosomal sorting and lysosomal degradation. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in various cellular functions, including the regulation of receptor signaling, membrane protein recycling, and substrate degradation. Additionally, VPS37B has been implicated in various diseases, particularly cancer, where its dysregulation may contribute to tumorigenesis and metastasis. The protein's involvement in the ESCRT pathway suggests it may have a significant role in mitigating cellular stress responses, influencing cell survival and apoptosis. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of VPS37B could provide insights into its molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. As research progresses, the exploration of VPS37B's significance in intracellular processes and disease contexts becomes increasingly vital, driving the need for additional investigation into its biochemical properties and interactions within the ESCRT complex.
