  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

STK26, a member of the serine/threonine kinase family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis. Initially identified through genomic analyses, STK26 is implicated in several signaling pathways that are crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli. Recent studies suggest that aberrations in STK26 expression or function may be linked to a range of diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing STK26 activity and its interactions with other cellular components could shed light on its contributions to disease pathology. Furthermore, the exploration of STK26 as a therapeutic target is gaining momentum, as it may offer novel strategies for drug development. The characterization of STK26 recombinant protein further enables researchers to dissect its functional roles in vitro and in vivo, paving the way for innovative approaches to modulate its activity in disease contexts. Overall, the ongoing research into STK26 is poised to reveal vital insights into cell signaling and open new avenues for therapeutic intervention in cancer and other related diseases.
