Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJA3, a member of the DnaJ (Hsp40) family of proteins, plays a crucial role in the cellular response to stress, particularly in the context of protein homeostasis and the heat shock response. As a co-chaperone, DNAJA3 assists in the proper folding of nascent polypeptides and the refolding or degradation of misfolded proteins, thereby maintaining cellular protein quality. Research has highlighted its involvement in various biological processes, including the regulation of mitochondrial function and the modulation of cell survival pathways in response to stress. Recent studies have implicated DNAJA3 in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, suggesting that alterations in its expression or function could contribute to disease development. The recombinant expression of DNAJA3 in a laboratory setting allows for detailed study of its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. This recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating its role in proteostasis and stress responses, offering potential insights for therapeutic targeting in conditions associated with protein misfolding and aggregation. Understanding DNAJA3’s function in vitro could pave the way for developing novel strategies to modulate its activity during pathological conditions, highlighting its significance in both basic and translational research.
