Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The SS18L1 protein, a member of the SS18 (suppressor of variegation 3-9, enhancer of zeste, and trithorax) family, has garnered attention due to its critical roles in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. Research into SS18L1 has revealed its involvement in various cellular processes, including development and differentiation, making it a significant target for understanding epigenetic mechanisms. Its interaction with other proteins, such as the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, suggests that SS18L1 may play a pivotal role in influencing gene accessibility and transcriptional activity. Furthermore, alterations in SS18L1 expression have been linked to several developmental disorders and cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Investigating the structure and function of SS18L1 through recombinant protein studies allows researchers to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and the consequences of its dysregulation. By creating and characterizing SS18L1 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to advance our understanding of its role in cellular pathways and its implications in human health and disease.
