稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SHC3 (SHC adaptor protein 3) is a member of the SHC family of proteins, which play a crucial role in signal transduction pathways involving growth factor receptors and cellular responses. These proteins are integral in mediating the effects of various extracellular signals, influencing cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and survival. Research on SHC3 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological contexts, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. The ability of SHC3 to interact with multiple signaling molecules positions it as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. However, the functional characterization of SHC3, particularly in the context of its protein structure and interaction dynamics, remains underexplored. The recombinant production of SHC3 protein allows for detailed investigations of its biochemical properties, interactions with other signaling proteins, and role in cellular pathways. This research could provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying its functions and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting SHC3 in disease contexts. Overall, understanding SHC3 at a molecular level could pave the way for advancements in precision medicine, emphasizing the need for ongoing studies into this important adaptor protein.
