Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POTEJ is a member of the POTE family of proteins, which are characterized by their potential roles in immune response and cellular signaling. Research into POTEJ has gained attention due to its unique structure, which includes a series of ankyrin repeats, suggesting a function in protein-protein interactions. Studies have indicated that POTEJ may play a role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation, making it a protein of interest in cancer research and immunology. Understanding the mechanisms by which POTEJ operates could provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for disease progression or a therapeutic target. Given the increasing prevalence of immune-related disorders and cancers, exploring the functional properties of POTEJ and its interactions with other cellular components may offer new avenues for treatment and understanding of these complex diseases. Research efforts are focused on elucidating the specific pathways in which POTEJ is involved and how it contributes to the overall cellular environment. This ongoing investigation is crucial for harnessing the therapeutic potential of POTEJ in clinical settings, particularly in developing targeted therapies that could improve patient outcomes in various diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses or tumorigenesis.
