Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RALBP1, or RalA binding protein 1, is a vital adaptor protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, signal transduction, and cellular proliferation. Research into RALBP1 has gained traction due to its involvement in cancer development and progression, particularly in solid tumors. It interacts with RalA, a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases, influencing multiple downstream signaling pathways essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, RALBP1 has been implicated in the regulation of actin dynamics, which is crucial for processes like cell migration and invasion. Its expression levels have been found to correlate with tumor aggressiveness and patient prognosis in various malignancies, highlighting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of RALBP1 allows for detailed studies of its functional properties and interactions at the molecular level, providing insights into the underlying mechanisms of its role in cancer biology. Thus, understanding the structure and function of RALBP1 through its recombinant protein form is pivotal for elucidating its contributions to disease pathways and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
