Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABI5 (ABA Insensitive 5) is a key transcription factor in plants that plays a crucial role in the response to abscisic acid (ABA), a phytohormone involved in stress responses, seed germination, and seed maturation. Research on ABI5 has gained momentum due to its significance in understanding plant resilience to environmental stresses such as drought and salinity, which are increasingly pressing challenges in agriculture. ABI5 is part of a complex regulatory network that integrates various signaling pathways, making it a critical target for genetic engineering aimed at enhancing abiotic stress tolerance in crops. The recombinant protein studies of ABI5 focus on elucidating its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins, as well as its role in regulating gene expression under stress conditions. By producing and analyzing ABI5 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity and establish potential applications for improving stress tolerance in plants. This research not only deepens our understanding of plant biology but also holds promise for developing crops capable of thriving in increasingly challenging environments, thus contributing to food security and sustainable agricultural practices.
