Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DELGEF (Dynamin-like GTPase with Eps15 homology and GTPase Effector Function) is a unique protein that has garnered attention due to its significant role in cellular processes such as membrane fission, endocytosis, and intracellular transport. As a member of the dynamin superfamily, DELGEF exhibits GTPase activity, which is crucial for its function in vesicle trafficking and cytoskeletal dynamics. The protein contains distinct structural domains, including the GTPase domain and a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, which facilitate its interaction with various membrane-associated proteins. Research into DELGEF has primarily focused on understanding its molecular mechanisms, regulation, and functional implications in diverse biological contexts. Additionally, DELGEF has been implicated in certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegeneration, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. Studies employing recombinant DELGEF proteins have provided insights into its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for novel experimental approaches to dissect its function and relevance in cellular physiology. Overall, DELGEF stands out as a critical protein in the intersection of cellular signaling and membrane dynamics, warranting further investigation to elucidate its roles in health and disease.
