Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SP4 is a member of the specificity protein (Sp) transcription factor family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression involved in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have indicated that SP4 is implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, where its dysregulation contributes to tumorigenesis. Research into SP4 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the functional mechanisms by which SP4 influences these processes, focusing on its interaction with specific DNA sequences and its involvement in transcriptional regulation. By producing recombinant SP4 proteins, scientists can investigate their structural and functional properties, assess their binding affinity to target promoters, and explore their effects on downstream gene activation or repression. This research not only enhances our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of diseases associated with SP4 dysregulation but also opens potential avenues for therapeutic interventions by targeting SP4-related pathways. Overall, the study of SP4 recombinant proteins represents a significant advancement in the field of molecular biology and cancer research, contributing to the identification of novel biomarkers and the development of innovative treatment strategies.
