Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NENF, or Neuroendocrine Neoplasm Factor, is a protein implicated in various neuroendocrine processes. Research into NENF began as scientists sought to understand its role in neuroendocrine tumors, which arise from endocrine cells and neuroendocrine cells. These tumors display unique characteristics and can lead to significant clinical challenges due to their diverse behavior and resistance to conventional therapies. The study of NENF is particularly pivotal because it may serve as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of these neoplasms, offering insights into tumor differentiation and potential therapeutic targets. Early investigations have suggested that NENF may influence cell signaling pathways, affecting tumor growth and metastasis. Thus, the recombinant expression and characterization of NENF are critical for elucidating its biological functions and interactions within neuroendocrine systems. By generating and analyzing recombinant NENF proteins, researchers aim to unravel the mechanisms behind its action and explore its potential as a therapeutic agent. This research is further motivated by the need for improved diagnostic tools and targeted therapies in the management of neuroendocrine tumors, ultimately striving to enhance patient outcomes in this challenging field of oncology.
