Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD109 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored membrane protein that is primarily expressed on the surface of activated T cells and certain hematopoietic cells. Recent studies have shown that CD109 plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its involvement in immune responses and inflammatory conditions has garnered attention, as dysregulation of CD109 is associated with several diseases, including hematological malignancies and autoimmune disorders. Moreover, CD109 has been identified as a potential biomarker for cancer progression and a novel therapeutic target, prompting extensive research into its functional properties and molecular mechanisms. Recombinant CD109 protein has been developed for various biochemical assays and therapeutic applications, facilitating the investigation of its interactions with other proteins and its role in modulating immune responses. Understanding CD109's structure-function relationship could provide insights into its biological roles and therapeutic potential in treating diseases where immune regulation is pivotal.
