稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD163 is a macrophage-specific scavenger receptor that plays a significant role in the immune system, particularly in the resolution of inflammation and the clearance of hemoglobin-haptoglobin complexes. Its expression is upregulated in response to anti-inflammatory stimuli, making it a potential biomarker for macrophage activation and polarization. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of CD163 in various pathological conditions, including infections, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. The recombinant protein form of CD163 has gained attention for its potential therapeutic applications, as it could modulate immune responses and promote tissue repair. Research has focused on the production, characterization, and functional analysis of CD163 recombinant protein to better understand its biological activities and mechanisms of action. By elucidating the roles of CD163 in immune modulation, scientists aim to explore its potential as a therapeutic target for treating inflammatory diseases and to improve strategies for immunotherapy in cancer by harnessing its regulatory properties. Overall, the study of CD163 recombinant protein is essential not only for understanding macrophage biology but also for developing innovative approaches in clinical settings to manipulate the immune system for better health outcomes.
