稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of BOC (Bone Morphogenetic Protein/Osteogenic Protein-1) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine due to their essential role in bone formation and repair. BOC, a member of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily, has been identified as a critical signaling molecule that regulates osteoblast differentiation and function. Its ability to induce bone growth and regeneration makes it a promising candidate for therapeutic applications in orthopedic surgery and the treatment of bone defects. However, the production of bioactive BOC proteins for research and clinical use poses challenges related to yield, purity, and functional activity. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the efficient expression of BOC proteins in various host systems, allowing for the exploration of their biological properties and mechanisms of action. Researchers are actively investigating the optimal conditions for the production and purification of these proteins, as well as their interactions with cellular and extracellular components during bone regeneration processes. Understanding the molecular pathways influenced by BOC is vital for developing effective treatments for osteoporosis, non-union fractures, and other bone-related disorders. Moreover, the potential application of BOC recombinant proteins in combination with biomaterials is being explored to enhance their efficacy in clinical settings. Thus, the ongoing research into BOC recombinant proteins promises to advance not only our understanding of bone biology but also the development of innovative strategies for enhancing bone healing and regeneration in patients.
