Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLC45A4, a member of the solute carrier (SLC) family, is primarily expressed in various human tissues, including the testes, brain, and digestive system. Recent studies have suggested that SLC45A4 plays a crucial role in cellular ion transport and pH regulation, potentially influencing critical physiological processes such as nutrient absorption and signal transduction. Abnormal expression of SLC45A4 has been linked to several diseases, including certain types of cancer and metabolic disorders, making it a candidate for therapeutic intervention. Furthermore, research has demonstrated that SLC45A4 interacts with other proteins and cellular pathways, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The generation of recombinant SLC45A4 protein has emerged as a pivotal tool for elucidating its structure-function relationships, interaction mechanisms, and physiological roles. By crafting recombinant forms of SLC45A4, researchers aim to perform detailed biochemical assays, cellular localization studies, and functional analyses, fostering a deeper understanding of its involvement in health and disease. Continued exploration of SLC45A4 not only enhances our comprehension of its biological significance but also opens avenues for targeted therapies and biomarker development in conditions associated with altered SLC45A4 activity. This growing body of evidence underscores the importance of recombinant SLC45A4 in both basic and applied biomedical research.
