稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SCARA3 (Scavenger Receptor Class A Member 3) is a member of the scavenger receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the immune response and cellular homeostasis. Its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, such as lipid metabolism, inflammation, and pathogen recognition, has garnered significant research interest. Recent studies have suggested that SCARA3 may contribute to the regulation of macrophage function and the clearance of apoptotic cells, highlighting its potential role in modulating immune responses. However, the precise functional mechanisms and signaling pathways associated with SCARA3 remain poorly understood. The recombinant expression of SCARA3 protein facilitates in-depth studies of its structure-function relationships, enabling researchers to explore its interactions with ligands and other cellular components. Through techniques like protein purification and functional assays, the elucidation of SCARA3's role could shed light on its potential therapeutic implications, particularly in conditions characterized by dysregulated inflammation or impaired immune responses. As such, the investigation of SCARA3 recombinant protein offers valuable insights into the broader context of scavenger receptors and their significance in health and disease.
