Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COMMD3 (COMM domain-containing protein 3) is a member of the COMMD protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cellular signaling, copper transport, and protein stability. Its involvement in the regulation of NF-κB signaling, a key pathway associated with inflammatory responses and cell survival, has garnered attention in the context of disease mechanisms. Recent studies have suggested that COMMD3 may act as a modulator of protein interactions, influencing the degradation pathways of specific targets. Additionally, COMMD3 has been implicated in the dynamics of intracellular copper, linking it to metabolic disorders and certain cancers where copper homeostasis is disrupted. Given these multifaceted roles, the recombinant expression of COMMD3 protein is essential for elucidating its biological functions, exploring its potential as a therapeutic target, and understanding its interactions at the molecular level. Investigating COMMD3 through recombinant techniques allows researchers to produce the protein in controlled environments, facilitating biophysical and biochemical analyses. Thus, the study of COMMD3 recombinant protein not only contributes to our understanding of its physiological roles but also holds promise for advancing therapeutic strategies against diseases where COMMD3 is implicated.
