Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNOT3, a key component of the CCR4-NOT complex, plays a crucial role in post-transcriptional gene regulation, influencing mRNA stability and decay. As part of this multi-protein complex, CNOT3 is involved in various cellular processes, including differentiation, proliferation, and response to stress. Research has shown that dysregulation of CNOT3 is linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to oncogenesis by altering the expression of genes involved in cell cycle control and apoptosis. The study of CNOT3 recombinant proteins has been driven by the need to understand its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Such investigations often employ techniques like co-immunoprecipitation, yeast two-hybrid screening, and mass spectrometry to identify its binding partners and elucidate its role in gene expression. Additionally, recombinant CNOT3 proteins provide valuable tools for structural and biochemical analyses, enabling researchers to explore potential therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. As a result, CNOT3 has emerged as a significant target for understanding the intricate network of gene regulation and its implications in health and disease.
