Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RCAD (Regulator of Chromatin and DNA) proteins have emerged as crucial players in the understanding of chromatin dynamics and gene regulation. Initially identified for their roles in modifying chromatin structure, RCAD proteins have garnered attention due to their involvement in various cellular processes, including DNA repair, replication, and transcription. Research has demonstrated that these proteins can influence the accessibility of DNA to transcription factors, thereby modulating gene expression patterns essential for cell differentiation and response to environmental cues. Additionally, aberrations in RCAD function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, highlighting the importance of understanding these proteins' mechanisms. With advancements in structural biology techniques, scientists are beginning to elucidate the intricate details of RCAD protein interactions and their regulatory mechanisms, paving the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting RCAD-related pathways. Overall, the study of RCAD proteins represents a promising frontier in molecular biology, linking chromatin regulation with broader aspects of cellular function and disease.
