Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLIPR-59, an essential protein in the immune system, has garnered significant attention in recent research due to its potential role in regulating immune responses and inflammation. It is classified as a member of the CLIPR (Clathrin-Interacting Protein) family, which is known for its involvement in endocytosis and intracellular signaling pathways. Recent studies have suggested that CLIPR-59 may play a critical role in modulating the activity of immune cells, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancer. Given the increasing prevalence of conditions linked to dysregulated immune responses, understanding the functional mechanisms of CLIPR-59 is vital. Researchers have been focusing on cloning and expressing the recombinant form of CLIPR-59 to facilitate detailed structural and functional analyses. By utilizing advanced techniques such as X-ray crystallography and biochemical assays, scientists aim to elucidate the interactions of CLIPR-59 with other cellular components, ultimately paving the way for therapeutic interventions that could target immune modulation. The study of CLIPR-59 could therefore provide invaluable insights into the development of novel treatments for diseases driven by abnormal immune activity, highlighting its importance in both basic research and clinical applications.
