Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNFRSF7, also known as CD27, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in regulating T cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. It is expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and is involved in the activation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, linking costimulatory signals to effective immune responses. The binding of its ligand, CD70, enhances cellular responses, making CD27 a target for therapeutic interventions in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. Research on recombinantly produced TNFRSF7 proteins aims to elucidate its structural characteristics and functional properties, providing insights into its role in immune regulation. The generation of recombinant TNFRSF7 allows for the study of its interaction with ligands and downstream signaling pathways in a controlled environment, facilitating the development of immunotherapeutic strategies that enhance T cell responses against tumors or modulate immune tolerance in autoimmune conditions. Moreover, understanding the biophysical properties and biological functions of TNFRSF7 can lead to the identification of novel biomarkers for immune status and potential targets for drug development. Consequently, the continued investigation of TNFRSF7 as a recombinant protein represents a critical step towards harnessing its potential for clinical applications in immunotherapy and enhancing our understanding of immune system dynamics.
