Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SENP3, or Sentrin/SUMO-specific protease 3, is a deSUMOylating enzyme belonging to the SENP family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of SUMOylation, a post-translational modification that influences various cellular processes, including protein stability, localization, and activity. The dysregulation of SUMOylation and SENP enzymes is implicated in numerous diseases, particularly cancer, where alterations in these pathways can affect cell proliferation and survival. SENP3 has garnered attention due to its potential as a therapeutic target, as it is known to influence the activity of several key tumor suppressors and oncogenes, thus modulating tumorigenesis. Research on recombinant SENP3 protein involves its expression and purification, enabling detailed studies on its enzymatic activity and interaction with SUMO-modified substrates. Investigating the mechanisms by which SENP3 regulates cellular pathways can provide insights into its role in disease development and progression, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring normal SUMOylation dynamics in pathological conditions. This research highlights the significance of SENP3 in the context of cellular homeostasis and disease, emphasizing the need for continued exploration of its functional properties and potential clinical applications.
