Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Recombinant proteins, particularly those associated with the CCNA1 gene, have garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their critical role in cell cycle regulation. CCNA1, or Cyclin A1, is a key player in the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase of the cell cycle, facilitating DNA synthesis and cell division. Understanding the function and regulation of CCNA1 is essential not only for basic cell biology but also for its implications in cancer research, as dysregulation of cyclins can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. The production of recombinant CCNA1 protein allows for in-depth studies of its functional properties, interactions with cyclin-dependent kinases, and effects on cellular processes. Techniques such as molecular cloning, expression systems, and purification methods are employed to produce active CCNA1, facilitating various assays to explore its biological significance. Additionally, recombinant CCNA1 can serve as a valuable tool for the development of targeted therapies and biomarkers in cancer treatment. Hence, research on the recombinant form of CCNA1 embodies a convergence of fundamental science and therapeutic application, highlighting its importance in contemporary biomedical research.
