稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SEC61A1 is a vital component of the Sec61 translocon, a complex crucial for protein translocation across the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane. This multidimeric protein complex facilitates the proper folding and maturation of newly synthesized proteins, which are essential for various cellular functions. Studies have shown that SEC61A1 plays a significant role in the secretion of proteins, the integration of membrane proteins, and the quality control of protein synthesis within the ER. Dysregulation of SEC61A1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, as it impacts the overall protein homeostasis in cells. Researchers are increasingly interested in the mechanisms regulating SEC61A1 activity, as well as its interactions with other cellular components. Recombination techniques to express and purify SEC61A1 protein are therefore essential for investigating its structural and functional properties. Understanding the role of SEC61A1 in health and disease could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets, especially in conditions where protein misfolding and ER stress are prevalent. As a result, SEC61A1 recombinant proteins are pivotal in both basic research and drug development, paving the way for novel strategies to combat diseases associated with ER dysfunction.
