稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SCML1 (Sperm-specific Cell Membrane Protein 1) is a member of the SCML protein family, which is known for its role in various biological processes, including regulation of gene expression, cellular differentiation, and development. This protein is particularly interesting due to its unique expression pattern, which is predominantly observed in male germ cells, suggesting a pivotal role in spermatogenesis. Research into SCML1 involves understanding its structure, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. The study of SCML1 recombinant proteins has garnered significant attention in the context of reproductive biology and potential applications in infertility treatments. By elucidating the functions and pathways regulated by SCML1, researchers aim to uncover its contributions to male fertility and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, investigating its role in pathological conditions related to spermatogenesis may provide insights into male reproductive disorders. As such, the recombinant expression and characterization of SCML1 hold promise for advancing our understanding of male reproductive health and devising novel strategies to address fertility issues.
