Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPM1A, or Protein Phosphatase Magnesium/Manganese Dependent 1A, is a key enzyme involved in the regulation of cellular signaling pathways by dephosphorylating various substrates, including proteins that are critical for cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. As a member of the protein phosphatase family, PPM1A plays a pivotal role in modulating the effects of phosphorylated signaling molecules, thereby influencing numerous physiological processes. Research into PPM1A has gained momentum due to its implications in various disease states, including cancer, where dysregulation of phosphorylation processes can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and survival. Additionally, PPM1A has been implicated in the adaptive response to stress and the regulation of inflammatory processes, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recombinant PPM1A protein has been developed for in vitro studies to investigate its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and role in signaling cascades. Understanding the precise functions and regulatory mechanisms of PPM1A can provide valuable insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases characterized by aberrant signaling pathways. Thus, ongoing studies aim to elucidate the structural and functional properties of recombinant PPM1A, which could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies in the treatment of diseases related to phosphatase dysregulation.
