Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ykuP recombinant protein has gained prominence due to its potential implications in understanding bacterial pathogenesis and host interactions. ykuP, a gene found in various bacterial species, encodes for a protein that is believed to play a role in cellular processes such as stress response and virulence. Research has shown that this protein can interact with host cell mechanisms, thereby influencing infection outcomes. The ability to produce ykuP as a recombinant protein enables researchers to investigate its structural properties and functional mechanisms in detail. By utilizing various expression systems, scientists can isolate and characterize ykuP, facilitating studies on its role in bacterial survival and pathogenicity. Understanding ykuP’s functions could lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies or vaccines, particularly in combating diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria. Furthermore, insights gained from ykuP research may contribute to the broader field of microbiology, specifically in elucidating how bacteria adapt to host environments. Overall, the investigation of ykuP recombinant protein stands as a significant avenue for enhancing our understanding of microbial behavior and improving public health outcomes.
