Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALDH1A1, or aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1, is an essential enzyme involved in the metabolism of retinoids and the detoxification of aldehydes, playing a crucial role in various biological processes. Its significance in cancer biology is highlighted by its association with cancer stem cells, where high ALDH1A1 expression is often correlated with increased tumorigenicity and resistance to therapy. Research on recombinant ALDH1A1 protein has gained momentum due to its potential applications in cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, as well as in regenerative medicine. The ability to recombinantly produce ALDH1A1 allows for extensive biochemical studies, paving the way for understanding its enzymatic mechanisms and regulatory pathways. Moreover, recombinant ALDH1A1 can serve as a valuable tool for screening novel inhibitors or modulators that may influence cancer progression. Furthermore, studying this enzyme may provide insights into metabolic disorders and offer opportunities for the development of targeted therapies aimed at diseases where aldehyde accumulation is a pathological factor. Overall, the investigation of ALDH1A1 recombinant protein is a promising area of research that holds potential for advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease.
