Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RTKN2, or Retikulin 2, is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and cancer research due to its potential role in cellular signaling and oncogenesis. RTKN2 is known to be involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have indicated that RTKN2 may play a critical role in the progression of certain cancers, particularly by influencing the pathways related to cell growth and survival. Its overexpression has been observed in various tumor types, leading researchers to investigate its mechanistic functions and interactions within the cell. Moreover, RTKN2 has been linked to the regulation of the cytoskeleton and cell migration, suggesting a possible involvement in metastasis. The study of RTKN2 as a recombinant protein is crucial for understanding its structural properties, functional roles, and interactions with other biomolecules, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. By elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which RTKN2 contributes to cancer development and progression, researchers hope to identify novel biomarkers for early diagnosis and new targets for pharmaceutical intervention. Overall, the investigation of RTKN2 and its recombinant protein forms represents a promising area of research with significant implications for cancer biology and treatment strategies.
