Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDKL3 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase-Like 3) is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the cyclin-dependent kinase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating cell cycle progression and various cellular processes. The study of CDKL3 has gained interest due to its implication in several physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodevelopmental disorders, and cellular senescence. Recent research indicates that CDKL3 may influence the phosphorylation of specific substrates that are pivotal for neuronal function and development. Additionally, aberrant expression or mutations of CDKL3 have been associated with tumorigenesis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which CDKL3 regulates cell cycle checkpoints and cellular signaling pathways could provide valuable insights into its contributions to both normal physiology and disease mechanisms. Consequently, the exploration of CDKL3 recombinant proteins has become essential for investigating its biochemical properties, functional roles, and interactions with other proteins, which could pave the way for novel therapeutic interventions in CDKL3-related disorders.
