Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDCA3, also known as cell division cycle-associated protein 3, is a crucial protein involved in cell cycle regulation and cellular proliferation. It plays a significant role in the transition from the G2 phase to mitosis, influencing the timing and fidelity of cell division. Understanding CDCA3's functions and mechanisms is vital, as dysregulation of cell cycle proteins can lead to various diseases, including cancer. Recent studies have indicated that CDCA3 may be implicated in tumorigenesis, making it a potential therapeutic target. The development of recombinant CDCA3 protein has enabled researchers to investigate its structural characteristics, binding interactions, and functional roles in greater detail. By utilizing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and biochemical assays, scientists aim to elucidate the biological pathways involving CDCA3 and its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the exploration of CDCA3's interactions with other cell cycle regulators may provide insights into novel strategies for cancer therapy, highlighting its importance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
