Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD2BP2 (CD2-binding protein 2) is a protein that has garnered attention due to its role in the immune system and potential implications in autoimmune diseases. This protein is encoded by the CD2BP2 gene, which is primarily expressed in immune cells, including T cells and dendritic cells. Research indicates that CD2BP2 is involved in various cellular processes, such as signal transduction and cytoskeletal reorganization, which are crucial for T cell activation and function. Given its involvement in the immune response, CD2BP2 has been implicated in the modulation of immune signaling pathways, thereby influencing the overall immune response. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of CD2BP2 as a recombinant protein to better understand its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. This recombinant approach allows for the detailed examination of CD2BP2 in vitro, facilitating investigations into its role in immune modulation and potential connections to diseases such as asthma, multiple sclerosis, and other immune disorders. The ongoing research aims to elucidate the mechanistic pathways mediated by CD2BP2, hoping to pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related conditions.
