稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CALR (calreticulin) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to the crucial role CALR plays in various cellular processes, including calcium homeostasis, protein folding, and immune response modulation. CALR is predominantly located in the endoplasmic reticulum, and its dysfunction is linked to various diseases, particularly hematological malignancies such as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). Mutations in the CALR gene, specifically the novel mutations found in patients with essential thrombocythemia and polycythemia vera, have prompted extensive investigation into the structure-function relationship of CALR. Recombinant CALR proteins, produced for research purposes, allow scientists to examine the molecular mechanisms underlying these mutations, their effects on cellular signaling pathways, and their contributions to disease pathology. Furthermore, understanding the properties and functions of CALR can foster the development of targeted therapies and provide insights into novel diagnostic markers. As such, research on CALR recombinant proteins not only enhances our fundamental comprehension of cellular biology but also paves the way for innovative approaches to treat CALR-associated disorders.
