稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD96, also known as Tactile, is an immune receptor that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and some T cells. Its role in modulating immune responses has garnered significant interest due to its potential impact on cancer immunotherapy and viral infections. Research indicates that CD96 may enhance NK cell activation and cytotoxicity, thereby influencing tumor recognition and elimination. Additionally, CD96 interacts with other receptors and ligands, contributing to the complex signaling pathways that govern immune cell behavior. Given the rising interest in harnessing the immune system to combat cancer and other diseases, the study of CD96 and its signaling mechanisms is crucial for developing novel therapeutic strategies. Recent investigations focus on generating recombinant CD96 proteins to elucidate its functions further and explore its potential as a target for immunotherapeutic interventions. Understanding the structural and functional properties of CD96 can lead to innovative approaches in enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving clinical outcomes for patients with malignancies.
