Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RINT1 (Regulator of Intercellular Tight Junctions 1) is a protein that has garnered significant interest in the fields of cell biology and molecular genetics due to its critical role in maintaining tight junction integrity and cellular communication. The disruption of RINT1 function has been implicated in various diseases, particularly in cancer, where altered tight junctions contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Initial studies have highlighted RINT1's involvement in the regulation of vesicular trafficking and its interaction with several key proteins involved in the tight junction complex. Furthermore, its association with signaling pathways that govern cell proliferation and apoptosis underscores its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of RINT1 in sufficient quantities for detailed structural and functional analyses. Understanding the precise mechanisms of RINT1 in cellular processes is essential, as it may reveal novel insights into the molecular basis of diseases linked to tight junction dysfunction. Enhanced knowledge of RINT1's properties could pave the way for innovative approaches in therapeutic interventions, particularly in the context of cancer and other related disorders where tight junction dynamics play a pivotal role. Thus, ongoing research into RINT1 recombinant protein not only aims to elucidate its biological functions but also to explore its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in disease contexts.
