Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLE3, or TLE Family Member 3, is a key member of the Transducin-Like Enhancer of Split (TLE) protein family, which plays significant roles in various cellular processes, including gene regulation and signal transduction. These proteins are known to act as corepressors in the Notch signaling pathway, a critical pathway involved in cell differentiation, proliferation, and embryonic development. The study of TLE3 has gained attention due to its potential implications in oncogenesis, as altered expression of TLE proteins has been associated with several types of cancer. In particular, TLE3 has been implicated in the regulation of stem cell properties and the maintenance of cancer stem cells, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Recent research has focused on the structural properties and functional mechanisms of TLE3, including its interactions with other signaling molecules and transcription factors. The recombinant expression of TLE3 is crucial for understanding its biochemical properties and for developing potential inhibitors that could disrupt its function in pathological conditions. Furthermore, the exploration of TLE3's role in various developmental processes and its association with diseases enhances our knowledge of fundamental biological mechanisms, paving the way for novel strategies in disease treatment and regenerative medicine.
