Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CASC3, a member of the cytoplasmic large RNA-binding protein family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism and gene regulation. Emerging evidence suggests that CASC3 interacts with the exon junction complex (EJC), which is essential for mRNA splicing, nuclear export, and translation. This interaction implicates CASC3 in post-transcriptional regulation, potentially influencing cellular responses to stress and playing a role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its importance in RNA biology, the study of recombinant CASC3 protein has garnered significant interest in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry. Researchers aim to elucidate its structural properties, functional roles, and potential implications in disease, particularly in cancers and neurodegenerative disorders where RNA dysregulation is prevalent. By expressing and purifying recombinant CASC3 proteins, studies are focusing on characterizing its binding affinities, interaction partners, and the downstream effects on gene expression profiles. Understanding CASC3's mechanisms may provide insights into therapeutic targets and strategies for disease intervention, highlighting the necessity of further investigation into this critical protein.
