Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RFX2 (Regulatory Factor X 2) is a critical transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in the regulation of immune responses and the development of specific tissues. Its involvement in the expression of MHC class II genes is particularly noteworthy, as this process is essential for the presentation of antigens to T cells, thereby initiating adaptive immune responses. Given the significance of MHC class II in immune regulation, dysregulation or mutations in RFX2 can lead to immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and impaired immune responses. Recent studies have shown that RFX2 is not only crucial for immune system function but also for various cellular processes, including cell differentiation and development. The production of recombinant RFX2 protein has become a focus of research, facilitating investigations into its biochemical properties and functions. Understanding RFX2's mechanisms of action supports the development of potential therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related diseases. Moreover, recombinant RFX2 protein serves as a valuable tool for studying its interactions with other proteins and elucidating its role in transcriptional regulation. As research progresses, insights gained from RFX2 studies may contribute to innovative treatments for conditions associated with immune dysfunction, highlighting the importance of this protein in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
