Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CBLC (Cbl-c) recombinant protein is rooted in the understanding of its critical role in cellular signaling and regulation. Cbl-c, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, is part of the Cbl family, which plays a significant role in ubiquitination processes, impacting various cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Aberrant signaling pathways involving Cbl proteins have been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, where they can affect tumor growth and metastasis. The exploration of CBLC as a recombinant protein allows researchers to study its structural and functional properties in detail, providing insights into its mechanisms of action. Moreover, understanding CBLC's interactions with its target proteins can reveal potential therapeutic targets for drug development. The recombinant expression of CBLC in systems like E. coli or yeast facilitates the production of large quantities of the protein, enabling in-depth biochemical and biophysical analyses. By studying CBLC through recombinant technology, researchers aim to elucidate its role in signaling pathways and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies against diseases associated with Cbl-c dysregulation.
