Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPH2, a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, including pre-mRNA splicing, transport, and polyadenylation. The protein is known for its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and has been implicated in several biological processes, including cellular response to stress and apoptosis. Dysregulation of HNRNPH2 has been associated with various diseases, particularly cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis by modulating the stability and translation of specific mRNAs. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target, underscoring the need for a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties. The production of recombinant HNRNPH2 protein enables researchers to investigate its biochemical characteristics and interactions at a molecular level. This research is essential for elucidating the role of HNRNPH2 in cellular processes and its potential implications in disease mechanisms, opening avenues for developing novel strategies aimed at manipulating its function for therapeutic benefits.
