稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RdgB, a member of the RdgB family of proteins, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signaling and membrane trafficking. It is primarily recognized for its significance in the regulation of phosphoinositide metabolism, which is essential for cellular responses to external stimuli. Research has shown that RdgB proteins can bind to specific lipids, influencing the membrane dynamics and cellular signaling pathways. Given its involvement in critical physiological processes, mutations or dysregulation of RdgB have been implicated in several diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant production of RdgB proteins to facilitate detailed biochemical and structural analyses. The generation of recombinant RdgB allows for in vitro studies that can elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding RdgB's structure-function relationship can provide insights into its role in health and disease, potentially leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in pathological conditions. As such, the research surrounding RdgB recombinant proteins represents a significant area of interest in cell biology and molecular medicine.
